1. What this platform is
AlgoGas is a software platform that connects independent gas cylinder retailers ("Companies") with their customers for ordering, dispatch, and delivery. Each Company operates its own storefront on its own subdomain and is solely responsible for the gas products it sells, their pricing, safety, and regulatory compliance.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your phone number accessible for one-time sign-in codes and for activity that happens under your account. Staff accounts (Manager, Assistant, Driver) are provisioned by a Company's Owner and may be suspended by that Company at any time.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is a request to purchase from the Company you're ordering from, not from the platform operator. Cash payments are collected by the delivery driver on arrival; amounts are verified against the order total and any mismatch is recorded for the Company's review. Digital payments are processed by the Company's chosen payment provider under that provider's own terms.
4. Delivery location
You're responsible for placing an accurate delivery pin and any access notes. Delivery drivers can only see your exact address and phone number while your order is actively out for delivery — access is automatically revoked once the delivery is complete.
5. Prohibited use
No fraudulent orders, no attempts to access another person's account or another Company's data, no interference with the platform's operation or security.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is." The platform operator is not a party to the sale of gas products and is not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between a Company and its customers, except as required by applicable law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
